Cluster manager (southern England)

I am responsible for supporting the development of clusters (organisations working collaboratively) in the south of England. I have over 20 years’ experience of working in the voluntary and community sector, including as chief officer for a Relate centre, and more recently as business support manager for a rural community council in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

My experience has shown me the real benefits (and challenges!) of collaborative working; in particular as one of the founding members of a cross-sector partnership that supported social enterprise development.

My ‘other life’ (I work for bassac part-time) is as a painter – pictures, not walls!
