Cancellation

Until 14 February: if you have paid by cheque or have been issued an invoice and want to cancel your booking, we will refund or credit you but we will have to charge a £30 administration fee.

If you cancel after 14 February, cheque payments cannot be refunded and invoices already raised must be paid in full.
