Exploring ICT for collaboration in the voluntary and community sector

The report studies the potential of using ICT tools such as blogs, wikis, shared databases, forums and extranets for collaboration in the voluntary and community sector. The research used action research principals to address the following questions: What do we mean by ICT for collaboration (blog, wikis, shared database, forums, extranets, diaries etc?) Why is ICT not used for collaboration? What are the barriers to ICT use for collaboration and how can we overcome those barriers?
