Challenging unjust public body decisions

The Empowering the Voluntary Sector workshops are one day sessions designed to equip voluntary and community organisations with the skills to negotiate effectively with public bodies on issues such as challenging funding cuts, failures to consult on policy changes, and local authority decisions concerning.

The workshops aim to help you to:

  • develop an understanding of the principles of public law
  • identify when a public body has not acted lawfully
  • understand the solutions available to you
