The approach
The process will start with your experience and skills and help you understand how these can be used to strengthen the impact of your organisation. Your ideas and views will contribute to the learning we go through as a group.
The programme will look at the practical implications of basing our work on inclusive, empowering and community development approaches, explored in different settings and contexts.
Some elements of the content will be introductory rather than substantive. The learning support will include signposting to further resources and information.
While there are numerous programmes covering management training, the needs of community organisations are unique in many ways.
