Calling for change: The evidence for supporting community voices to speak out

A research summary exploring the advocacy role of community anchor organisations.  Findings report that local people and organisations are not being supported to speak out despite numerous government policies that encourage them to do so.  It identifies four priority areas that need to be changed so that community voices can effectively call for change.
