A Study on the Experience and Impact of Co-location for bassac and the Development Trusts Association

Published: 2006

This is a report for bassac and the Development Trusts Association (DTA) on their experience and impact of co-location summarising key issues and reflections on the move. Semi-structured interviews with the two Chief Executives explore their early experiences, emerging benefits and challenges, and their perceived prioirties for making co-location a success. Findings from focus groups held with bassac and DTA staff are also presented highlighting what staff feel is going well and not so well following the joint move. Recommendations for future consideration are then suggested relating to 3 key areas: the building; shared responsibilities; and interaction amongst staff.
