Working in a consortium: A guide for third sector organisations involved in public service delivery

Published: 2008

This guide contains practical information aiming to help organisations work successfully in partnership to provide public services. It stimulates thinking around what to consider before starting to develop a consortium, whether a consortium is the right way forward for you, and the advantages and disadvantages of working in a consortium. Further information on the legislative and regulatory framework, the policy context, developing agreements and the different models for working as a consortium are presented in the appendices.

This guide is written for small charties and local third sector groups, although will be relevant to a wide range of third sector organisations.
