I am the main contact for all bassac staff regarding learning and development and HR.  My duties cover the whole learning and development cycle from the analysis of individual and team learning and development plans to the delivery of training and evaluation.  I answer HR queries from staff and managers on all areas of employment and I am responsible for creating bassac’s HR policies and procedures.

I love to do anything artistically creative, drawing, painting, clothes design and realisation.  I love to travel and my secret wish (though not so secret now) is to visit every country in the world - unfortunately funding is an issue.
