mission & values

Our vision

Our vision is for neighbourhoods in which people can thrive and fulfil their potential, whoever they are and wherever they live.

Our values

  1. Tackling poverty, exclusion and inequality because we believe in human diversity.
  2. Giving people the power to change things themselves because we believe that citizens can tackle community issues head on.
  3. Developing neighbourhoods that are sustainable in cultural, environmental, economic and social ways because we believe in solutions that endure.
  4. Raising the voices of local people and organisations because we believe that local people understand community issues best.
  5. Sharing learning because we believe that by exchanging experience we can confront poverty and inequality.

Collective action

Our mission is to harness the power of working collectively. Through forming and leading partnerships we will allow our members to release the power of community voices and achieve social justice in their neighbourhoods.
